Designing for Accessibility: Enhancing User Experience in Mimi's Sound Integration for Philips TVs

At Mimi, I lead the design of an application tailored for televisions. My role was pivotal in making design choices that would shape the product's future on this platform. A significant project I undertook was enhancing the onboarding process, which ultimately led to halving the onboarding duration. 

Notably, all new Philips TVs now come equipped with the Mimi app, underscoring its value, especially for individuals with hearing challenges, as it fine-tunes audio to their specific need
